1. General disclaimer
DTF Market sells digital software and game accounts. You choose to buy and use them at your own risk and discretion. Using this software can break the rules of a game, a platform or a publisher. We do not encourage you to break any agreement you have accepted, and you alone decide whether to use our products.
2. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for checking that buying and using a product is legal where you live.
- You are responsible for the terms of service of every game and platform you use.
- You are responsible for your own PC, accounts, backups and security settings. Some setup steps change Windows settings: read the guide for your product before you start.
- You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. No warranty
Except for the replacements and refunds described in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a product will work without interruption, be free of errors, or stay compatible with a future game update.
4. Assumption of risk
No software of this kind is free of risk. By using our products, you accept that game publishers and anti-cheat systems can restrict, suspend or ban accounts and hardware at any time, without warning. This includes hardware (HWID) bans and the loss of game accounts, items, skins, ranks and purchases. You accept full responsibility for these consequences. A ban is not a reason for a refund, except where our Refund Policy says otherwise.
5. Status information
The status shown for a product, such as Undetected, Testing or Updating, is information at a point in time and not a promise. A status can change at any moment, including right after your purchase, and it can never guarantee what will happen to your account. Check the live status before you play, especially after a game update.
6. Compatibility and requirements
You are responsible for checking the system requirements on each product page before you buy. Most products need a normal Windows install, not Enterprise and not an optimized or repacked version. Results can depend on your hardware, your Windows version, your security software and other programs on your PC.
7. Third-party names and content
DTF Market is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, platform or anti-cheat company. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to say which game a product works with. Software brands sold in our store belong to their developers, and DTF Market is not their official website unless we clearly say so.
Our site and guides may link to third-party websites, downloads and tools that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability, or for any damage or loss caused by using them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTF Market and its owners, staff, partners, agents and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes loss of accounts, in-game items, profits, data, goodwill or use of your hardware, resulting from your access to or use of our products and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing on this page removes rights that the law in your country does not allow us to remove.
9. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is current, complete or free of errors. Product features, availability, delivery times and prices can change without notice. Features listed for a product depend on its current version.
