Everything you need, from your first order to a running product.
Read the status of a product before buying. Undetected means it is running normally. Updating means a game patch landed and the developers are rebuilding, so purchases are paused until it is back. Testing means it works but is still being verified. Risky means it runs at your own risk. Your remaining key time is frozen while a product is down. You never lose the days you paid for.
Once your payment is confirmed your key is delivered instantly on the checkout page. A copy is also emailed to you, so check your spam folder if you do not see it. You can always find every key you have bought under My Key(s) in the navigation bar. Open the order and your key is on its page.
Open My Key(s)1. Download the loader from the link included with your key. 2. Turn off your antivirus and Windows Defender before extracting. These products are always flagged, that is expected. 3. Extract the archive to its own folder, not to your Desktop or Downloads. 4. Run the loader as administrator, then enter your key. 5. Start the game only once the loader tells you to. If your loader closes immediately, Secure Boot or a leftover antivirus rule is usually the cause. Our staff will walk you through it on Discord.
