By purchasing or using DTF Market products, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect our digital goods, our support process, and our customer access systems.
User Agreement
Completing a purchase means you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and any product-specific requirements shown before checkout.
Age Requirement
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase and use DTF Market products.
All Sales Are Final
Our products are digital and delivered instantly. By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and accept that all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy.
Account and Software Access
Access is granted only to the original purchaser. You may not share, resell, leak, transfer, or redistribute customer panel access, accounts, software, licenses, download links, methods, or private instructions.
Prohibited Actions
No reverse-engineering, cracking, decompiling, bypassing protections, or modifying DTF Market products.
No redistribution, public leaking, sublicensing, or sharing of paid materials.
No chargeback abuse, false support claims, or attempts to gain unauthorized replacement access.
No harassment or abuse towards our staff or community.
Any breach ends your access immediately, without refund.
Service Interruptions
DTF Market is not responsible for third-party game updates, platform changes, anti-cheat changes, outages, account restrictions, or temporary service interruptions outside of our control.
Bans
Bans are an inherent risk of this type of software. A ban is not grounds for a refund or for time compensation.
Limitation of Liability
DTF Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, financial, punitive, or consequential damages arising from purchase, use, misuse, inability to use, or interruption of any digital product or service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
