Everything you need to know about DTF Market, delivery and support.

Before you buy

A license key for private software built for one game, together with its loader and setup guide. Each product page lists what the software does, which Windows versions and hardware it supports, and the durations on offer.

Start from your game, then compare what is on offer for it. The feature tabs tell you what each product does, the System Requirements tab tells you whether it runs on your PC, and the status badge tells you whether it is safe to play today. Still hesitating? Ask us on Discord before paying and we will point you to the right one.

Every product has a live status on our Status page, and anything under maintenance comes off sale. "Undetected" means nobody has found a detection so far. It is not a promise for next month, and a detected product can also come back. How you play matters just as much: snapping onto heads or running rage settings gets noticed by players and by the game. Keep your settings believable, and never play on an account you cannot afford to lose.

Card, Apple Pay and Cash App (5% fee), PayPal Friends & Family (10% fee), and Litecoin, Ethereum or Solana with no fee at all. Store credit works too.

After you buy

Right away. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the key appears on your order page and lands in your inbox. Nothing there? Look in your spam folder, then under Orders & keys in your account.

The clock starts the first time you enter your key in the loader, not when you buy it. If a game update takes the product offline, your time is frozen until it is back. And if something goes wrong on our side, lost time can be compensated.

Yes. A key binds to the first PC it runs on, so it cannot be shared. If you reinstalled Windows, changed hardware or used a spoofer before your first launch, open a ticket and we will reset the binding (HWID reset).

Only if that PC is already banned in the game (a hardware ban). Not sure whether you are? Ask on Discord before buying anything.

Support and policies

Open a ticket on our Discord and someone from the team takes it from there. Discord is the only place we give support, so ignore anyone who messages you first claiming to be us.

The Status page shows where every product stands, along with the latest changelogs. Our Discord announces every change, and you can turn on alerts for just the games you play.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, linked at the bottom of every page. If a key does not work, open a ticket first so support can look at it with you.

Yes. A 5-star review on your order gives you 10% off your next purchase. A review posted in the #reviews channel of our Discord also earns a one-time 10% code by DM, once we have checked it.
